A: We support MLS submissions in all California Counties and Cities. We are licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate (Brokers License BRE #01898370). We specialize in California Real Estate and MLS services and we do not support any other states at this time.
Q: How long does it take for my property to post to the MLS?
A: Once the property information is verified, at least 1 picture is submitted and the listing agreement is signed electronically your property will be listed on the MLS within 24 hours and syndicated to sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Redfin etc.
Q: After a property is listed with a Flat Fee MLS package through GoldenStateMLS how much does it cost once the property sells?
A: Many of our competitors hide fees and charge you extra if your property sells. Isn’t that the whole point to sell your property? The total cost of our competitors is high and they charge you hourly rates, document processing fees, and charge you to review offers. We will do all of this for you without nickel and diming you. Q: How do I schedule an open house?
A: Contact us in the “Live Chat” or send us an email (info@goldenstatemls.com) specifying the address and the desired open house. We will schedule the time and confirm it is live on the MLS to your user email.
Q: Do I need to submit a picture of my property when I first submit my application?
A: No. You do not need to submit a picture of your property but you do need to submit at least one photo before it can be posted in the MLS.
Q: Do the packages include a “For Sale” Sign?
A: All Flat Fee MLS packages do not come with any signage because each local municipality requires specific rules and codes for dimensions and placement of the “For Sale” sign. We will aid you in the process of getting all the required Signage. Our Free/ 1% Package includes all “For Sale” signs, documents and guidance every step of the way.
